This notice explains, under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), for what purposes and how the personal data of excelozeldersi.com visitors and of students attending the Excel lessons is processed. It is a translation of the Turkish notice; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Doğukan Özdağ as the data controller. Contact: iletisim@excelozeldersi.com

- Answer your lesson requests and questions, and plan the free first lesson and the lesson schedule,
- Run the online lessons and share the lesson recordings and files with you,
- Keep track of payments and meet legal obligations,

As the servers of these providers may be located outside Turkey, your personal data may be transferred abroad when these services are used. Apart from this, your personal data is shared only with public authorities legally entitled to request it, within legal limits. Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
6. How the data is collected
Your personal data is collected electronically and directly from you via WhatsApp, email and the online lesson programs (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet). Site usage data is recorded automatically by the Cloudflare infrastructure when you visit the site.
7. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. Visits are measured in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify visitors personally.
8. Retention

On request, data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation is deleted without waiting for this period.
